AoniTem was founded on a simple principle: the most profound mountain experiences are those where local knowledge meets professional precision. We are two dedicated professionals who believe that true quality is in details and presence. By being on the ground in our core regions throughout the year, we ensure every detail of your journey is personally overseen.

The Team
We are a tight-knit team of mountain guides, travel designers, and logistics specialists. Between us, we have decades of experience on the slopes of both Patagonia and the Swiss Alps.
Co-Founder, Creative & Sales Lead
Originally from Argentina, Bernardo’s background is defined by a decade in high-end hospitality and a practical, international approach to the mountains. He holds ski instruction certifications from both the Canadian and Swiss systems, complemented by backcountry and avalanche training. A professional photographer, Bernardo is your point of contact in the field — overseeing technical itineraries and capturing the visual story of every journey.
Co-Founder, Business Manager
Originally from the Netherlands, Mila oversees the back-office and logistical operations. Drawing on her background as a ski instructor and her expertise in yoga and wellness, she ensures that every journey is balanced between the physical demands of the mountain and the comfort of the stay. Mila manages the complex financial and operational logistics that keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Every itinerary is built from scratch. We do not use templates.
Our guides live and work in Patagonia year-round. We know the terrain, the weather, the hidden runs.
All our mountain guides hold AAGM or UIAGM certification. Safety briefings, real-time weather monitoring, and emergency protocols are standard.
We work with a limited number of clients so each itinerary is purposely crafted and personally managed by the two of us.
Every pilot, lodge and instructor we work with is part of a long-standing network of trusted partners who meet our standards for safety and service.
We handle the variables of mountain travel — weather, specialised transport and equipment — so you can focus entirely on the experience.
